I started with my favourite brownie recipe from Chef Michael Smith. I decided to switch out the cocoa powder with malted milk powder and added in some chopped malted milk balls for extra crunch.

I am in awe of your creativity! Love Sandy
Thanks, Sandy. A different perspective might be that I have way too much time on my hands to think about these things!!
What a fun and delicious way to celebrate Chanukah! When my kids were little , everyone lit their own special menorah. I would be very happy if this brownie menorah was mine! After the overwhelming success of your malted chocolate cookies, I can’t wait to try these malted chocolate brownies! Happy Chanukah to you and your family, Cindy!
Thanks Wendy. I was reluctant to light mine as the wax would drip all over the brownies and that would just be sad. Happy and healthy Chanukah to you and your family too.
This is such a terrific idea for Chanukah this year! Happy Chanukah.
Thanks Susan. Send me a picture if you make it! Happy Chanukah.
You had me at “malted”! I am going to have to make this soon.
Marla, I thought of you the whole time I was making them.
